Danielle Campbell

Danielle is a very skilled Counsellor and Couples Therapist with a Bachelor degree in Psychology and over 20 years of experience with a broad client base in varied and challenging environments. Danielle’s passion is ensuring that clients from all backgrounds and differing core beliefs are provided with a safe, caring and accepting environment encouraging people to get the most out of their interactions. Danielle see clients from 15 years of age and couples. Danielle adopts evidence-based practices, such as the Gottman Relationship Counselling method, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivation Interviewing (MI), psycho-eduction and Narrative Therapy.


David Mackay

David is a warm and friendly Psychologist who helps individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low motivation, and adjustment disorder. He can also provide career coaching. David uses a client-focussed approach and is committed to finding the right therapy for each individual. David is proficient in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psycho-education, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). He believes that every person is unique and requires a unique approach to support their personal growth. He has worked with people with disabilities as well as with people who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community.


Aaron Ryan

Aaron is a caring and collaborative psychologist who prioritises creating a safe space to explore and work with you through your difficulties.  He works with adults and teens and draws from several evidence-based approaches including Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Family Therapy, Mentalisation Based Therapy (MBT), Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy (SFT). He has experience providing individual and group therapy in a range of settings including private practice and hospitals.


Dr Jason Wessel

PhD (Org), BPsych (Hons), MAAPi

Jason is a supportive and pragmatic psychologist who blends of Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and psychoeducation with core strategies from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Jason can help adults and adolescents with anxiety, depression, sleep, purpose, motivation, weight-loss, career challenges, stress, setting boundaries, and work-life balance. Jason began practicing counselling in 2010 in suicide intervention and vocational rehabilitation, has worked in several sleep laboratories, and was previously responsible for leadership and executive coaching in a team of psychologists.


Elizabeth McAllister

Elizabeth is a sensitive, non-judgmental, and skilled psychologist. She is experienced working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, post-traumatic stress, shame and self-criticism, obsessive-compulsive (OCD) issues, chronic pain, grief and loss, as well as ASD and ADHD.  Elizabeth sees people aged 16 and over. Elizabeth draws on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, and motivational interviewing. She has worked in community organisations and private practice.


Brendan Turner

Brendan has clinical experience working with adolescents, adults and couples across a range of areas including PTSD, chronic pain, BPD, anxiety and depression. Brendan is a Registered Psychologist and Certified Body Psychotherapist with extensive training in somatic and mindfulness therapies. Due to recent advances in neuroscience, these bottom-up, emotion-focused modalities are now recognised as vital for trauma healing, attachment repair and improving self-regulation. Brendan is a warm and empathic practitioner with a passion for helping people heal from trauma and distress.

Zameer is an intelligent, caring psychologist. Having lived in Canada, India, Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania, and Australia, he is culturally aware and well-versed in understanding behavioural patterns across different groups and cultures. He is passionate about helping clients overcome depression, anxiety and trauma. He enjoys working with clients who have experienced any kind of relational or shock trauma using evidence-based trauma therapies. Additionally, he has experience assessing and treating adults and children with ADD, ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Zameer is a calming and insightful therapist.


Michelle Chiang

Michelle has studied in various parts of the world including Canada, the US and Britain and has been a registered psychologist in Australia since 2008. She is a warm and friendly Psychologist who sees adults, young adults, teenagers and families. Before joining NBP, Michelle worked in a range of settings including Employee Assistance and Youth Services. She draws from a range of evidence-based therapies but particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). She is sympathetic and accepting in her approach.


Jennifer Langdon

Jennifer’s passion is helping individuals cope with adjustment disorder, depression and anxiety, ASD, ADHD, disordered eating, food addiction, binge eating and bulimia, self-esteem, and weight management. Jennifer also works with trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), smoking and alcohol reduction or cessation, and career counselling. Robin Fraser

Pia Jones

She uses CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and the Gottman Method. She can work with your GP to develop a plan to meet your needs.

She particularly embraces Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, positive psychology and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). She incorporates tools from several evidence-based approaches rather than relying on a single therapy.

Jeremy is a talented hypnotherapist, couples therapist and mediator who is passionate about helping his clients use the power of their minds to live better lives. Jeremy is currently not a registered psychologist and therefore his clients are NOT eligible for Medicare rebates. Jeremy works with conflict, anxiety, traumatic stress, pain, phobias and addiction. He has a warm personality and puts his clients at ease. He works with individuals over 18 years and couples. His approach incorporates strategies from Hypnotherapy, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Non-Violent Communication (NVC) mediation.


Dr Rachel Hannam

Rachel is the Director of NBP. Due to her small caseload, she is currently unable to accept new clients. Rachel has been a registered psychologist since 2002. She consulted to organisations for years, working with doctors, nurses, teachers, pilots, lawyers, and executives, and is experienced in coaching individuals and groups. She is skilled at helping people cope with stress and trauma, relationship conflict, and personal change. In 2006, Rachel was awarded her PhD on the topic of psychological burnout and resilience. She uses CBT, ACT, Schema therapy, the Gottman Method, DBT and nonviolent communication (NVC) methods.
