First Appointment? Call to Action!
After you book you’ll receive an Appointment Confirmation Email. It is super important that you complete the New Client Forms online before your 1st session so we know you’re coming and to save time on the day. These online forms are https secure and emailed only to your Psychologist. The link and password to our New Client Intake Forms are in your Appointment Confirmation Email.
What To Bring:
- GP referral if you have one (you can ask your GP for a hardcopy)
- Medicare Card
- Debit card for Medicare rebate
- Private Health Card (if applicable)
Keep scrolling to BOOK ONLINE. After you book in, you’ll get an email notification for each booking. Please keep each email in case you need to cancel. Cancel via the email and rebook via this page. If you experience problems or questions with booking online, text or call Reception on 0481 204 818.
If you can’t get in as soon as you’d like, ask to go on the waiting list. We all get cancellations. Go on the waiting list by leaving us a note in your booking.
It may be wise to book in 3-4 sessions ahead to grab the times that suit you. You can easily reschedule an appointment with 24 hours’ + notice if need be. Just click the link in your notification email and re-book via this page.
Contact your Psychologist to make an emergency appointment if need be. We can usually accommodate you somehow. *Please note: Rachel is not currently taking new clients. Former clients, please contact her directly.
Our standard availability
When you book online:
- Select your preferred location. Note: We all see clients in Aspley. Some of us see clients in Stafford Heights, so check all diaries for the next available and suitable appointment. You can click “Any Practitioner” to see all our diaries in a location.
- Select “Psychological Consult” and select the person you wish to see.
- Find and click on an appointment time in the diary.
- Fill out your details, including any notes, and click “Book Appointment“
- If it’s your 1st appointment, check your email to fill out the New Client Intake Form and save time at your first session. Always save your emails, in case you need to change your booking.

Waiting List Options
An automated waitlist function is coming soon. In the meantime, if you wish to go on our waiting list, leave us a comment in the booking at the time of booking online. Alternatively, you could email or SMS your psychologist asking to go on their waitlist.

You can also text our Reception on 04812 04818 to ask to go on the waitlist. We will then SMS you when an earlier spot becomes available.
If your need is urgent, contact your psychologist directly. They may be able to find a way to see you sooner.
The hourly fee for Lynne, Robin, Nahum, Ingrid, Jenny, and Pia is $175. Melissa Herdy is $215 as her Medicare rebate is higher ($126.50). The rebate for Lynne, Robin, Nahum, Ingrid, Pia and Jenny is $86.15. The gap fee is ~$88 per hour for all psychologists with a GP care plan. Contact your psychologist to negotiate a discount.
PLEASE NOTE: We charge $75 if you don’t give us 24 hours (one business day) notice of canceling an appointment. If you need to cancel a Monday appointment, please do so before the weekend.

To cancel or change your booking, please find your booking notification email and use the link provided in your email. If you cannot find your booking email and you wish to cancel or change your appointment, please contact us ASAP to avoid the late cancellation fee.
