If you can’t get an appointment as soon as you’d like, simply book the first available and ask to go on the Waiting List. We have a dynamic Waiting List and you are very likely to be offered an earlier appointment.
If you would like regular appointments, we reccomend booking 3 to 4 appointments in advance.

After you book – whether online or by phone – you’ll receive an Appointment Confirmation Email. It is super important that you complete the New Client Forms online before your 1st session so we know you’re coming and to save time on the day. These online forms are https secure and emailed only to your Psychologist. The link and password to our New Client Intake Forms are in your Appointment Confirmation Email.
Keep scrolling to BOOK ONLINE. After you book in, you’ll get an email notification for each booking. Please keep each email in case you need to cancel. Cancel via the email and rebook via this page. If you experience problems or questions with booking online, call 3726 5595.
If you can’t get in as soon as you’d like, ask to go on the waiting list. We all get cancellations. Go on the waiting list by leaving us a note in your booking. It may be wise to book in 3-4 sessions ahead to get times that suit you. You can reschedule an appointment with 24 hours + notice if need be. Call 37265595 or click the Cancel Appointment link in your booking notification email and then reschedule below.
Contact your Psychologist directly if you need an emergency appointment. We can usually accommodate you somehow.
When you book online:
- Select preferred location. Note: Not all practitioners work across all locations, so check all location diaries separately for the next available and suitable appointment. You can click “Any Practitioner” to see all of our diaries in one location.
- Select “Psychological Consult” and select the person you wish to see.
- Find and click on an appointment time in the diary.
- Fill out your details, including any notes, and click “Book Appointment“
- If it’s your 1st appointment, check your email to fill out the New Client Intake Form and save time at your first session. Always save your emails, in case you need to change your booking.
Booking/re-booking ONLINE saves time! Please call us on 3726 5595 if you have any problems and we will call you back.
Waiting List Options
An automated waitlist function is coming soon. In the meantime, if you wish to go on our waiting list, leave a note in the booking comments at the time of booking online. Alternatively, you could email or SMS your psychologist asking to go on their waitlist.

You can also call our Reception on 3726 5595 to ask to go on the waitlist. We will then contact you if an earlier spot becomes available.
If your need is urgent, contact your psychologist directly. They may be able to find a way to see you sooner.
The fee is $185 per session. The gap fee is ~$97 per hour for all psychologists with a GP mental health care plan. Contact your psychologist to negotiate a discount. Provisional psychologists are $95 per hour as they are not yet eligible for rebates.
PLEASE NOTE: We charge $75 if you don’t give us 24 hours (one business day) notice of cancelling an appointment. If you need to cancel a Monday appointment, please do so before the weekend.

To cancel or change your booking, please find your booking notification email and use the Cancellation link in your email. If you cannot find your booking email and you wish to cancel or change your appointment, please contact us ASAP to avoid the late cancellation fee.

Zero Tolerance Policy
Rude or aggressive behaviour towards our staff is unacceptable. We cannot see clients who are aggressive towards any of our staff or who present to their session obviously intoxicated.
