She is skilled at helping people with stress, anxiety and trauma, interpersonal conflict, and personal change. She uses acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), schema mode therapy, the Gottman Method, interpersonal therapy (IPT), emotion-focussed couples therapy (EFCT) and nonviolent communication (NVC) methods.
