Anthony Brace is a Psychologist with a warm, friendly, and collaborative approach. He enjoys working with a wide range of presentations including anxiety, depression, neuro-developmental disorders (such as ASD & ADHD), personality disorders and trauma. Anthony facilitates our ADHD group programs to support teens and adults living with neurodivergence. Anthony also has a keen interest in performance psychology, bringing a high level of energy to support athletes and other high-functioning individuals to achieve their goals and potential. 

Anthony works with people aged 5 and over with a wide range of psychological difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, and neuro-developmental disorders. He has trained in Goal Management Training (GMT) to support people with executive function impairments. In high-performance settings, Anthony has experience working with performance anxiety, pain and fatigue tolerance, burnout, perfectionism, team and leadership dynamics, and motivation. 

Anthony establishes an authentic and collaborative relationship with his clients and tailors his therapeutic approach to best fit the individual, their experiences, and context. He draws from Acceptance and Commitment-Based Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, the Neuro-sequential Model, and Trauma-Informed Practice. 

Anthony enjoys spending time with family and friends. He likes both recreational and competitive functional fitness, getting out under the sun, mountain climbing, snorkelling, cycling, surfing, and skateboarding. Anthony finds significant satisfaction in consuming knowledge in the form of books, podcasts, and journal articles, who spends time applying therapy techniques on himself as a form of self-development.
