Brad is an approachable and collaborative psychologist who works with adults and adolescents. His natural curiosity and relaxed style help create space for clients to discover new possibilities and gain deeper insight into the situations they are facing.
Brad’s pragmatic approach to therapy uses a range of strategies, including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He is passionate about exploring client perspectives to find the right approach, and loves being able to support clients in developing constructive and practical solutions that work for them. Brad can help individuals with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, Adult ADHD, work and study related stress, career challenges, motivation, and relationship concerns.
Brad has been a fully registered psychologist since 2019, and prior to being a psychologist he worked widely in the field of youth work and in the not-for-profit sector. More recently, Brad has focused on workplace mental health and wellbeing, corporate mental health strategy, leadership development and coaching, and facilitation.
Brad’s Masters research focused on effective decision making in difficult situations, and he is passionate about helping people navigate their own tough choices in a supportive and practical manner. Brad aims to help clients understand their circumstances and connect with the people around them to find collaborative ways of moving toward their own goals and pursuing the parts of life most valuable to them.
Brad is a self-professed coffee connoisseur, who loves discovering new music and books, as well as finding time to enjoy the outdoors with his wife and sons.
