Rachel is a calm and compassionate Psychologist who supports adults facing challenges with stress, anxiety, ADHD, depression, adjusting to change, career decisions, work performance, mindfulness, and confidence. She is passionate about fostering a sense of belonging, general wellbeing and values-aligned living.

Rachel’s approach to therapy is versatile and tailored to each individual’s needs. She uses a variety of modalities including Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Rachel prioritises building strong, trusting relationships as the foundation of her practice.

Rachel’s dedication to lifelong learning and understanding others drives her to continuously seek new knowledge that she loves to share with clients. She supports adults to overcome barriers, achieve goals, increase insight and feel empowered. Rachel has worked in private and public organisations, supporting leadership development and coaching, mental health and wellbeing, empowering others, mediation, inclusion, and psychosocial risk management. 

Outside of her work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, a good podcast, running, and listening to music.
