Harriet is a strength-focused and empathic Psychologist with a passion for supporting people to achieve their health and mental health goals. She supports people aged 10 and over with depression, anxiety, stress, grief, chronic pain, and performance concerns.
No concern is too small for Harriet, who believes everyone deserves to be heard and supported with flexible client-centered interventions. She primarily used person-centered psychotherapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Harriet has experience working in performance and sports psychology, including soccer players, esports players and dancers. In her spare time, she enjoys playing and watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
