Anthony draws on a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Interpersonal Therapy.
Outside of his professional work, Anthony enjoys travelling, reading, staying active, and spending time at the beach. He also values quality time with family and friends, especially his two much-loved nephews.
