Sivan is a Mental Health Social Worker and Art Therapist who brings a compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach. She specialises in supporting families and individuals from 16 years old affected by domestic and family violence, trauma, Autism, ADHD, anger problems, anxiety, depression and stress. Sivan integrates EMDR, mindfulness, body-mind approaches, and creative therapies to help clients process experiences, strengthen resilience, and build practical coping tools.
Sivan is currently training in Somatic Experiencing to expand her body-based trauma work. Alongside individual therapy, she facilitates Circle of Security with groups and individuals and has developed Art Therapy group programs that foster personal growth, emotional expression, and social skills.
Her lived experience of neurodiversity within her own family has guided a passion for supporting neurodiverse individuals and families, including those navigating PDA. Outside of work, Sivan enjoys yoga, creative expression, and life as part of a beekeeping family. She also has a Labrador puppy, Lady, whom she hopes to train as a therapy dog.
