Sai is committed to creating a warm, safe, and collaborative environment where adults, young people and families feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected throughout their therapeutic journey. She supports people experiencing a wide range of challenges, including ADHD, autism, depression, stress and anxiety, anger management, adjustment, grief and loss, and life transitions. Sai has a Masters of Educational and Developmental Psychology and is a registered General Psychologist with AHPRA and Medicare, now completing her internship in Clinical Psychology as part of her second Masters.
Sai understands that seeking support can feel vulnerable. She brings compassion, authenticity, and a non-judgmental presence to every session, helping her clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and building trust at their own pace. Sai is especially passionate about supporting people to develop emotional awareness, resilience, and confidence, often using creative and developmentally appropriate strategies that help therapy feel engaging and safe.
She is committed to providing inclusive, affirming care for individuals and families from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities. Sai’s therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ER), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). She integrates these approaches in a client-centred way, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.
Outside of work, you’ll find Sai at the gym, discovering new cafes for brunch, walking her beloved sausage dog Arlo, and exploring new places through travel.
