Provisional Psychologist

Rhea is a friendly and approachable Provisional Psychologist supervised by our Clinical Director Dr Rachel Hannam. She takes a holistic, person-centred approach to help clients aged 6 and over with anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, grief, and ADHD. Rhea uses a variety of therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and play-based therapy to offer flexible and supportive care

Rhea’s background in mental health intake assessment and caring for people with chronic health conditions provides her with a rich awareness of complex mental health issues. Being a mother adds another layer to her perspective, helping Rhea connect with clients on both a personal and practical level. Her approach is characterised by warmth, gentle guidance, and a touch of humour, aiming to create a comfortable and supportive environment for her clients.

Rhea’s interest in ADHD has led her to learn formal assessments, helping adults and children pinpoint their challenges and strengths so they can make meaningful changes in their lives.

In her spare time, Rhea loves spending time in the great outdoors with her family, exploring her passion for photography, watching motorsports, and relaxing with her dog and chickens.
