Olivia is a warm and friendly therapist who will make you feel right at home.  She is an Accredited Medicare-registered Mental Health Social Worker who supports children from 9 years, teenagers, and adults to manage ADHD, ASD, anger management, relationship stress, parenting concerns, substance misuse, personality disorders, sleep issues, school avoidance, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, bullying, procrastination, burnout and career counselling. She offers a warm, collaborative and purposeful approach, focussed on your needs and goals, ensuring therapy feels relevant, practical and supportive. 

Before working at NBP, Olivia worked in hospital settings, community-based practices including Headspace, and a community mental health. Olivia draws on a range of evidence-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and the Gottman Method. She brings lived experience, clinical expertise and genuine compassion to her work, empowering people to take meaningful action, build resilience, and develop skills that improve wellbeing beyond therapy. 

Olivia enjoys spending leisure time with her children and family – camping, caravanning, cooking, yoga and creative pursuits. She loves the great outdoors and often found tending to her edible garden. Olivia is also obsessed with true crime stories, science magazines and documentaries, nail art, fashion, and her super-intelligent German Shepherd who travels everywhere with the family – along with an over-confident and a sassy guinea pig!
