MSW (Qual) AMHSW AS (AASW) MCTI

Medicare registered Social Worker

Graham is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) who supports adults (aged 18 and over) experiencing trauma, PTSD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), perfectionism, chronic stress, depression, phobias, social anxiety, overwhelm, and sleep difficulties. He also assists clients navigating workplace challenges, academic avoidance, procrastination, and emotional awareness.

Graham’s style is calm, collaborative, and respectful. He helps clients reduce overthinking, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward a life that feels authentic, engaged, and purposeful – ultimately improving confidence, communication, motivation, and daily clarity.

As a Registered Metacognitive Therapy (MCT) therapist, Graham focuses on helping clients identify and reshape the unhelpful thinking patterns that drive worry and rumination, allowing them to regain a sense of control and mental flexibility. To ensure support is tailored to each individual, he also integrates elements of Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Outside of work, Graham enjoys philosophy, music, surfing, hiking, cycling, and tending to his veggie garden.
