Erin is a down-to-earth, warm and engaging Psychologist who works with adolescents, women and families. Her therapy style is attachment-based, trauma-informed and neurodiversity affirming.

Erin has a special interest in women’s mental health, perinatal mental health, attachment styles, and early parenting. She is passionate about supporting women and families through all the love and wildness that comes with pregnancy, birth and parenting. Erin can support clients through challenges including infertility and IVF, perinatal grief and loss, unwanted pregnancy, birth trauma, adjustment to parenting, neurodivergent parenting, identity in motherhood, bonding with baby and parenting support.

Erin tailors her approach to account for each client’s unique situation, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Circle of Security (COS) approaches. She works with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment to life transitions, emotional burnout, trauma and grief. Erin also offers the Circle of Security (CoS) Parenting program intervention (one-on-one) to help parents better understand their children’s behaviours and needs and build greater security in their relationship with their infant/child.

Outside of work, Erin is kept busy parenting her own toddler. She enjoys reading, and spending time with her family, friends and dog, preferably with some good food and good coffee.
