Please note: Zoe is an experienced counsellor and a provisionally registered Psychologist until she obtains full AHPRA registration. Her clients will then be eligible for Medicare rebates. Until then, her fee is $110, which is similar to the usual co-payment when seeing one of our fully-registered Psychologists. NDIS, Workcover and EAP clients pay the regular scheduled fee.

Zoe is warm, kind-hearted, and curious. She loves listening to people’s stories and supporting them through tough times. Zoe has previously worked in schools supporting and counselling young people experiencing psychosocial difficulties and behaviour challenges. She has also been a dance teacher for several years. She understands that opening up can be difficult sometimes and aims to create an experience where people feel supported, accepted and heard. She likes to view everybody as a unique individual and help her clients become the masters of their own lives.

Zoe is currently studying her Masters in Clinical Psychology and loves working with children (5 years and over) and adolescents. She adopts a client-centred approach and enjoys drawing from a range of evidence-based techniques, including, Play Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focussed Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Whether you are going through a difficult period in your life, feeling lost, or wanting to extra support for your child, Zoe provides help and support to children, adolescents and parents experiencing a wide variety of issues, including:

She loves to advocate for mental health awareness and believes that the way to live life is through becoming your authentic self and practicing kindness. In her spare time, she loves to dance, watch comedy, whether it’s stand up or a TV show (she loves The Office), explore and travel, go ice-skating, try out new cafes, and hang out with friends and family.
