Bobbi is a leading expert in the field of identity diversity and offers a 100% guaranteed confidential space to talk and help you gather psychological support and information on gender-related issues.
In her post-graduate studies, sex and gender issues leapt off the page and it occurred to her that identity diversity were reality maps in the lives of too many people to be ignored. And so she began serious research in a bid to find some consensus on the origins of all identity development. Further life-science research into what drives sexuality has led her to understand how most individuals are in fact within the boundaries of conventional and healthy. In the case of those questioning, ‘coming out’ is aimed at quality of life and even survival itself.
Bobbi’s background includes Research Psychologist, Registered Nurse for 30 years, including 10 years as an Adult and Paediatric Nurse Unit Manager, and author of current and future life-science books on identity issues. She is a research psychologist, not a Board-registered psychologist. As such, Medicare rebates do not apply. She can offer support and information to people who are currently questioning or who are already identifying as lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, or intersex, and are struggling.
LGBTQI individuals may have an unconventional sexuality, but they otherwise remain conventional people trying to go about their lives. Bobbi understands it is society that inflicts most of the harm and that life for LGBTQI people can sometimes be quite difficult.
